This is beneficial because it reduces the likelihood of field changes, unexpected costs, or delays in construction.
We understand the importance of personalization. While we do not construct external plans, we provide flexibility within our designs to allow homeowners to tailor their homes to meet their unique needs and preferences. Our commitment is to deliver a home that seamlessly combines our expertise with your vision, ensuring a residence that truly feels like yours.

We also build further inland in Orangeburg and Clarendon counties. Home Sights does not sell land directly. However, Hunter Quinn Homes builds throughout the Lowcountry and may have an upcoming project in your desired location that you could personalize to meet your needs.
To help with the land search, we offer a convenient search tool using the MLS that allows you to find lots for sale in our area. We can also connect you with a real estate agent who can help you find land to move forward with your home building process. Please reach out for more information.
The home you can build on your lot will depend on the size, layout, and environmental conditions of your land. We offer a variety of floorplans to suit different sized lots and design preferences. Our team would be glad to come assess your lot and determine which plan would work best for you!
The outcome of your home truly depends on the choices made during the design process and which structural options are selected. Our homes are not cookie-cutter designs, and we allow for a lot of freedom to personalize your dream home. However, we do have guardrails in place to protect the integrity of the construction and to avoid delays and costs. This ensures that your home is not only unique but also built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
